'Applicant' means an individual or Company that wishes to view content or register their details with safety-directory.co.uk Terms of Use. In order to use this site you must agree to the following: * Safety-directory.co.uk entries must be directly related to the occupational health, safety, fire safety, and environmental profession and / or industry and will be restricted to one entry per applicant. * The prices, extras and restrictions for each of the advertising options will be as detailed on the advertising page. * We have absolute right of admission to safety-directory.co.uk and reserve the right to disallow entry without reason. * We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without notice. * All material submitted for inclusion in safety-directory.co.uk must be decent, legal and honest. * From receipt of cleared funds we will endeavour to put on-line or update safety-directory.co.uk advertisements within 48 hours but will not be bound by this time. * Priority will be given to entries from those Companies and/or individuals who pay for advertising on the site; free entries will be entered as soon as is reasonably possible. * We reserve the right to suspend service without the need to give any reason, at any time and for any length of time. Disclaimer * We will make every effort to make information available in safety-directory.co.uk as accurate as possible but no warranty or fitness is implied. We are not agents for and do not vouch for those persons, companies and other organisations whose goods or services may be displayed or referred to in the directory nor for the availability, suitability or prices of such goods and services. We will not be liable whether implied or otherwise for standards and accuracy of entries whatsoever. * Safety-directory.co.uk is provided on an "as is" basis. We shall have neither liability nor responsibility to any person or organisation with respect to any loss or damage whatsoever arising from information or the use of information contained within safety-directory.co.uk. * There may be links provided in safety-directory.co.uk to other web-sites. The Terms and Conditions of those individual sites will apply and we will not be liable for information implied or otherwise displayed within those sites. Private Policy Statement * This statement explains our privacy policy with regard to our data protection practices. Whilst providing a valuable service for clients using safety-directory.co.uk we give serious consideration to their rights of privacy. * The only personal information available on this site is that which is completed by the applicant on the application form. This will be name, company name, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail and web address and directory entry. It is the applicants decision whether or not to include this information in their on-line safety-directory.co.uk entry. * We will not use any of this information for statistical research or advertising nor will it be passed on to any third party for such purposes. * We will only modify directory entries where we consider the wording to be inappropriate. In all such cases we will only remove wording and never add to the text. Where major modifications are necessary we will confirm any modified wording with the applicant before it is put on-line. Payments * A VAT invoice for advertising space will be issued following receipt of application for the same. * A VAT invoice will be issued 1 month prior to annual renewal of the applicants safety-directory.co.uk advertising space or 1 month before the expiry of the advertising space. Entries for which cleared funds have not been received 6 weeks after invoice will be removed from safety-directory.co.uk. * Re-submission following removal from safety-directory.co.uk will only be by new application.
